MEMENTO VIVERE 

In commemoration of its rebirth and reopening, the Lyme Academy of Fine Arts proudly presents its inaugural exhibition, Memento Vivere. Curated by Artistic Directors Amaya Gurpide and Jordan Sokol, the exhibition features more than 30 works by internationally-acclaimed artists, each of which represents a progressive vision of the figurative tradition and brings continued life to a historical framework. The vigor of these pieces and the optimism with which the Academy moves forward exemplify the exhibition's Latin title - Remember to Live - and serve as symbolic reminders of the resilience of life and the importance of celebrating it through art.
